We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and premium beverages. Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
Create and serve classic and contemporary cocktails with consistency and attention to detail.
Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and drink pairings to guests.
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in line with food safety and hygiene standards.
Check identification and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
Handle cash and card transactions using the point-of-sale system.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and replenishment.
Restock glassware, garnishes, mixers, and beverages throughout service.
Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Help create a welcoming, energetic, and professional atmosphere for guests.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a bartender or bar staff member is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
Ability to prepare a wide range of classic cocktails confidently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Basic maths skills for handling payments and cash transactions.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
