Job description
School Cleaner required for a school in Yardley Wood Birmingham B14 4LY area.
Applicants must have a Enhanced DBS to work on site at the school.
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not necessary.
Monday to Friday 2.30pm - 5.30pm
Duties:
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various settings such as offices, buildings, or facilities.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Follow cleaning procedures and instructions for the use of cleaning agents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients or team members effectively.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
