Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive commercial cleaning tasks across various areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure surfaces are sanitized, dust-free, and presentable.
- Follow established cleaning procedures to maintain hygiene standards and safety protocols.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution.
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities performed during each shift to ensure accountability and quality control.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to create a safe environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment.
- Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude towards teamwork and task completion.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices is a plus but not essential.
