Contained Liverpool is a highly rated, immersive escape room experience with a horror twist. We focus on creating memorable, story-driven games and giving every group a great experience from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, and confident to join the team and help run sessions.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for welcoming teams, running their experience, and resetting the rooms ready for the next group.
Some shifts are busy and fast-paced, others are quieter with time to focus on cleaning and general upkeep.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and briefing customers before their game
- Monitoring games and giving clues when needed
- Resetting rooms between sessions
- Keeping the venue clean and presentable
- Helping ensure every group has a smooth, enjoyable experience
Hours & Flexibility
Hours vary depending on bookings.
- Most shifts take place in the evenings and at weekends
- Some shifts will be planned in advance
- Additional shifts may occasionally be available at short notice
We’re ideally looking for someone who lives locally or can travel to the venue within a reasonable time when needed.
This role works well alongside study or another job.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and confident with people
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Calm and practical when things don’t go to plan
No previous escape room experience is needed. Full training will be provided.
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Interest in escape rooms, puzzles, or immersive experiences
