Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and reliable cleaner to join our team, working across a high-end private event venue.
Due to the location of the site, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
The role will involve maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the buildings to a very high standard, as well as providing cleaning support during events. You will be working within a high-end environment for prestigious clients, so excellent attention to detail, professionalism and discretion are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the buildings and facilities to a high standard.
- Event cleaning before, during and after events.
- Ensuring all areas are presented to an exceptional standard for clients and guests.
- Carrying out regular cleaning duties and responding to event-specific requirements.
- Working discreetly and professionally around high-profile clients and guests.
- Reporting any issues or maintenance concerns to management.
Due to the nature of the work and the high-profile clients, successful candidates will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Previous experience in high-end, hospitality, event or commercial cleaning would be highly desirable.

Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all areas are well-maintained throughout the shift
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Maintain cleanliness logs and complete any required documentation accurately
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
