As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for helping to lead and drive the daily operations of SHU. You will help manage all three floors of the restaurant to ensure a smooth service and positive guest experience. You will oversee all team members and will be responsible for all leadership functions in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Responsibilities for the role include:
- Upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service
- Lead team members
- Manage all tasks on our daily checklist
- Oversee inventory, quality and safety
- Mentor, motivate and develop team members
