Whether you're experienced or completely new to care, County Care is looking for caring, reliable women to join our Community Support Team in Leatherhead, Epsom and surrounding areas.
You’ll support adults aged 18–65 with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and mental health needs to live independently, build confidence, and enjoy life in their community.
- £12.71 – £13.20 per hour
- Paid mileage & travel time
- Full training provided – no experience needed
- 37.5 hours per week (including alternate weekends + 1 evening)
- No night shifts!

- Building meaningful relationships and supporting people to live life their way
- Supporting independence, confidence, and everyday life skills
- Helping with emotional, practical, and social support
- Supporting community activities, appointments, and hobbies
- Creating positive, engaging experiences every day
