Are you an experienced telephone sales professional who knows how to build rapport, create excitement and consistently fill diaries?
We’re looking for exceptional remote bookers to join our rapidly expanding group of brands — Glow Up Studios, Glow Up Kids and Manchester School of Modelling.
With three established brands, two cities and hundreds of warm enquiries every week, you’ll never be expected to cold call.
You’ll work exclusively with warm inbound enquiries from people who have already expressed an interest in our luxury photography, empowerment and modelling experiences.
Leads are supplied daily. CRM, dialler and proven scripts are all provided — you’ll never pay for leads.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced telesales professionals who are confident converting warm enquiries and want the freedom to earn without a salary cap.
What You’ll Earn
* Commission-only role with genuinely uncapped earnings

Your Role
* Convert warm enquiries into confirmed, fee-paid appointments
* Build trust, excitement and rapport with every caller
* Handle objections confidently and professionally
* Follow up your pipeline so no enquiry goes cold
* Keep the diary and CRM fully updated
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
What We’re Looking For
* Proven telesales, appointment-setting or telephone sales experience
* A confident, persuasive and professional telephone manner
* Strong objection-handling and closing skills
* Self-motivated, competitive and target-driven
* Weekend availability is essential, as Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest booking days
* A reliable laptop, headset and fast internet connection
