About the Role:
- Mentor and develop life skills for adults with learning disabilities.
- Lead activities in areas like IT, sports, art, craft, cooking, or gardening.
- Encourage independence and decision-making.
- Plan and deliver engaging life skills courses.
- Ensure privacy, dignity, and respect for all people supported.

Requirements:
- Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a positive nature.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Two references.
- Full UK Driving License.

- Support worker: 2 years (preferred)
