We are looking for an experienced cleaner to join our friendly team. In the role you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings across the county of Kent.
We are interested in candidates who are experienced in situations where ultra deep and trauma cleaning is required. Some of the properties we work in are occupied by people who have physical and/or mental heath issues that mean they cannot care for themselves and as a result they find themselves living in unsanitary conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out general and deep cleaning duties.
- Clean and sanitise all areas of the property/space you are working in.
- Ensure safe pathways are made for our clients by tidying up their belongings.
- Mould treatments and waste disposal.
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in deep cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
We would particularly like to hear from candidates with mould treatment experience however, full training will be given.
Note: The employee may be required to carry out other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation.
