Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production / Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehousing environment, mixing & filling a variety of chemical based products, handling, and movement of products. Previous warehouse experience and mechanical knowledge are advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right applicant.
This position consists of a wide variety of warehouse roles, including but not limited to the following tasks:
Duties
1. Picking & Packing
2. Loading & Unloading of goods
3. Mixing & Filling a variety of chemical based products
4. Lifting & Moving both light and heavy loads
5. Cutting, drilling and crimping metal
6. Flexibility to help where needed
7. Assist with warehouse production
Requirements
Forklift Licence would be preferred, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools and power tools is advantageous
- Ability to perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
- Good organisational skills with an organised approach to work tasks
- Physical fitness to lift and move goods up to 25kg regularly and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks within the production process
- A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for documentation purposes
- Team player

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
