Food & Beverage Manager
Monachyle Mhor is a fiercely independent, family-run place on the edge of Loch Voil in the Scottish Highlands. This is a role for someone who loves hospitality in its truest form; thoughtful service, attention to detail, great food and drink, and the kind of warmth that can’t be scripted. We have 23 rooms on our working farm, a restaurant driven by the seasons & a bar stocked with wild cocktails, great wines and a strong sense of fun.
The Role
You’ll lead the front-of-house food and beverage team across the restaurant and bar, helping shape the guest experience from breakfast through to final call at the bar. You’ll also have the opportunity to host our excursions through the Glen, guiding guests through a series of food and drink experiences that bring the landscape, farm and larder together.
This is a very much a hands on role for an autonomous individual who enjoys hosting first & foremost, teaching and guiding a team, & has a real taste and idea of what memorable service should look and feel like.
You will work closely with the owners to build and maintain a slick style of service that balances old-school hospitality values with top knowledge & real personalities.
This is a real opportunity for the right individual to make their mark and be part of something and somewhere special.....
