Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, orders, and inquiries to foster a welcoming environment
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and upselling where appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas, including dining spaces, counters, and service stations
- Support food safety protocols by adhering to proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen operations during busy periods
- Manage guest requests efficiently, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all visitors
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and uphold high standards of hospitality throughout each shift
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food handling procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and billing purposes
- Experience in serving or guest services roles is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during peak seasons, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
