Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including <PERSON> driver and commercial trucks, to transport goods efficiently across designated routes
- Load and unload packages with care, often involving heavy lifting and warehouse experience to handle various items securely
- Verify delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness before departure
- Communicate clearly with dispatch teams and customers to confirm delivery details and address any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of your vehicle to ensure safety and reliability
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during every shift
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and report any incidents or delays immediately
Qualifications
- Proven delivery driver experience with a strong understanding of local routes and navigation tools
- Valid <PERSON> driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial for handling packages effectively
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance basics
