Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
- Develop cleaning schedules and allocate tasks effectively to meet operational demands.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Communicate clearly with team members and other departments to address needs or resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times, promoting a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and interact with guests and staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to drive company vehicles when needed for supply runs or other operational tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Valid driving license preferred for transportation responsibilities.
