Founded in 2024, Nth Degree has quickly established itself as a trusted destination for premium outdoor furniture, combining exceptional products with a highly personal level of service. Our collections focus on quality, craftsmanship and timeless design.
Our head office and distribution centre are based at Higher Broadfield Farm in Heywood, Greater Manchester, supported by two customer-facing showrooms located in Hale, Cheshire and Clerkenwell, London. These spaces allow customers, interior designers, landscape architects and trade professionals to experience our collections first-hand whilst receiving expert advice from our team.

You will have a number of responsibilities and duties including:
- Processing orders and booking on deliveries with 3rd party distributor.
- Keeping customers updated.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the companies products/services.
- Answering telephones, replying to e-mails.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns.
- Undertaking administrative tasks; photocopying, scanning, filing documents as and when needed.
- Ensuring the rest of the team have adequate support to work efficiently.
- Attending occasional trade shows.
- Keeping workplace tidy, undertaking general office duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Computer literacy with good typing skills (required)
- Grades A-C in Maths and English (required)
- A-level standard education or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in online sales (required)
- Impeccable telephone manner
- Good work ethic with pride taken in your work and good attention to detail.
- Highly organised & punctual
- Team player with friendly personality
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work
- Ability to use Shopify interface (not essential)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 x 1/2 day leave per month)
- 2 no: Saturdays 9am - 1pm
- 28 Days paid holiday per year.
