About Us
Alpha Omega Securities Ltd is an established security provider delivering professional security services across the UK. We are looking for an organised, proactive and confident Control Room Operations Coordinator to join our Operations Team based at our Head Office in Crewe.
This is a key operational role where you will coordinate security operations across multiple sites, ensuring excellent service delivery and full operational coverage 24 hours a day.

The Role
Working within our busy Control Room, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting our security teams, responding to incidents, and ensuring all customer requirements are met.
Previous control room experience is beneficial, but we also welcome applicants with transferable experience from operational, logistics, retail, facilities management or workforce coordination roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily security operations across multiple customer sites.
- Manage staffing levels and ensure all shifts are fully covered.
- Arrange cover for sickness, annual leave and emergency staffing requirements.
- Respond quickly to operational issues and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor staff booking on and off duty, welfare checks and check calls.
- Monitor CCTV systems, mobile patrols and alarm activations.
- Log, investigate and escalate incidents in accordance with company procedures.
- Produce accurate reports and maintain operational records.
- Liaise professionally with security officers, clients, management and external agencies.
- Complete detailed shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
- Coordinate company vehicles, key holding and operational equipment.
- Ensure all operational information is communicated accurately and efficiently.

- Valid SIA Licence.
Desirable
- CCTV Licence.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous control room experience.
- Experience working with CCTV, alarm monitoring or remote surveillance systems.
