About the Role
We are a growing sheet metal manufacturing business looking to add a reliable and motivated Semi-Skilled Operative to our team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced yet relaxed workshop environment, working closely with a small, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating press brake machinery
- Bushing and basic assembly work
- General workshop labouring duties
- Assisting with production processes as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well within a small team
- Good attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience operating a press brake
- FLT (Forklift Truck) licence
- Full UK driving licence
