About the role
We're looking for an Engineering Surveyor to join our Survey Services team, supporting projects across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of engineering and topographical surveys while contributing to the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects.
As this is a UK-wide role, you will be required to travel extensively to project sites and undertake overnight stays when required to support project delivery. Flexibility and a willingness to work across multiple locations are therefore essential.
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out engineering and topographical surveys on sites across the UK
- Producing accurate survey data to required specifications and deadlines
- Supporting colleagues within the Survey Services team
- Using industry-leading survey equipment and software
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance throughout project delivery
Who we're looking for
Essential:
- Experience undertaking engineering and topographical surveys
- Strong knowledge of Total Stations, GNSS and Digital Levelling equipment
- Experience using survey processing software (LSS, SCC or N4CE) and CAD packages
- Good understanding of industry standards and specifications
- CSCS Card (Green minimum, White preferred)
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Laser Scanning experience
- Knowledge of BIM and ProjectWise
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- First Aid at Work qualification
