This structural setup provides a highly stable, fast-paced, and diverse working environment. We are looking for a reliable, dedicated, and long-term team member to become a core part of our office administration.Position OverviewThis is a multi-faceted role designed for an organized professional who thrives on variety. You will support our regulated financial services arm by managing mortgage and insurance pipelines, while simultaneously supporting our construction division by managing invoices and project expenses.Key ResponsibilitiesMortgage & Insurance Administration (Brokerage Arm):
- Administer mortgage, life insurance, and general protection applications from initial submission to final completion.
- Gather, check, and organize client compliance documents (ID, proof of address, payslips, bank statements).
- Key application details into lender and insurance provider portals accurately.
- Proactively chase lenders, insurers, and solicitors to progress pipelines and avoid delays.
- Maintain strict adherence to financial compliance standards and data protection laws.
Finance & Invoice Management (Construction Arm):
- Receive, log, and reconcile supplier and subcontractor invoices against delivery notes.
- Track, scan, and categorize material expenses, fuel receipts, and site costs.
- Maintain a clear record of incoming bills and assist in organizing weekly or monthly payment runs.
- Manage administrative filing systems to ensure cross-company records are audit-ready.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience as a Mortgage Administrator, Insurance Administrator, or Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant.
- Key Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and strong numerical literacy.
- Software: Familiarity with mortgage/insurance portals or standard cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is highly advantageous.
- Attributes: Reliable, self-motivated, and looking to secure a permanent, long-term position.
- Commute: Must reside within a dependable, reasonable commuting distance to Harrow.
Pay: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
