Amicus is hiring ambitious graduates to join our Adviser Academy Programme, a structured pathway designed to develop future Wealth Advisers. You’ll gain hands‑on commercial experience, complete industry qualifications, and learn how to build long‑term client relationships in a high‑performance advice environment.
This role is suited to people who enjoy targets, learning quickly, and being coached, while holding themselves to high professional standards.
£26,000 base salary, with the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus based on client meetings attended and revenue generated.
What you’ll learn to do
- Prospect and build relationships, speak with prospective clients (outbound calls and other approved channels) to introduce our services and book meetings.
- Develop client and commercial skills, learn how to qualify leads, handle objections, and build long‑term pipelines.
- Support the advice process, observe and learn financial planning fundamentals, including fact finding and client documentation (under supervision).
- Build technical knowledge, progress through FCA-recognised qualifications with structured study support.
- Work in a high‑performance team, contribute to team goals, take feedback well, and improve continuously.

Entry Requirements
- Strong A-levels or a degree (any discipline considered).
- Evidence of achievement (e.g. work, sport, leadership, entrepreneurial activity).
- A genuine interest in wealth management and financial advice (prior experience not essential).
