. As our Warehouse Shift Manager, you’ll lead a team to keep our distribution centre running smoothly making sure goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Working closely with other managers, you’ll drive productivity, manage stock integrity, and create a positive team culture.
- Lead with confidence: Motivate your team and foster accountability.
- Drive operational excellence: Manage throughput, stock accuracy, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
- Champion safety: Stay meticulous about health & safety, hygiene, and legal standards.
- Think commercially: Use data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Boost performance: Monitor KPIs and productivity targets, using insight to deliver results.
- Experience managing or supervising in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards.
- A passion for coaching and developing others.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
