As a B2B Trading Coordinator, your role will include managing end-to-end order processing, customer portals and logistics coordination. Acting as the link between sales, growers and technical teams, ensuring accurate data administration, efficient supply chain operations and day to day trading support.
B2B and Trading Sales Manager
- Act as the main contact for B2B accounts, handling daily enquiries, orders and customer portals
- Process orders via Nav13, forecast demand and coordinate haulage and despatch operations
- Coordinate delivery schedules, payments and crop data with growers and packing sites
- Handle export/customs documentation and resolve product quality issues and NCRs
- Identify new sales leads and optimise workflows to improve efficiency
- Experience working in a similar position
- Administration experience with a strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems
- Attention to detail with high level accuracy in data entry, invoice verification and document control
- Strong organisational skills with a positive customer-focused approach
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, third-party packing facilities, growers and customer
