Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and specialty drinks with attention to detail
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is highly desirable
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety practices
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Experience with food preparation or barista work is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
