Overview
We are seeking a fun and motivated Preschool Room Leader to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. As a key leader within our team, you will create a warm, engaging, and safe space where children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. Duties
- Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and age-appropriate for preschool-aged children
- Manage and supervise a team of early childhood educators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to promote teamwork and professional growth
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards that stimulate curiosity and learning
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Oversee daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure smooth transitions and positive experiences for children
Experience
- Proven experience in early childhood education or childcare settings, preferably as a nursery or preschool supervisor or leader
- Extensive experience working directly with children in nursery or preschool environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Valid childcare or nursery qualifications Level 3
- Valid driving license is essential no local public transport
