Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail focused Asset & PPM Coordinator to join our dynamic Asset Management team supporting a major Government contract across the UK.
Working within a fast paced FM and property environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring asset data, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, and compliance records remain accurate, auditable, and fit for purpose across a large and complex estate.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with CAFM/CMMS experience, strong coordination skills, and a passion for compliance, data quality, and operational excellence.
What you’ll do:

Coordinate asset and PPM change control processes across the estate

Maintain and update asset registers and maintenance schedules within CAFM systems

Support compliance audits by preparing documentation and maintaining audit trails

Track remedial actions from audits and inspections through to completion
-
Liaise with supply chain partners and internal teams to gather accurate data and certification

Manage the shared Asset & Coordinator mailbox, prioritising and responding to requests

Carry out data quality checks to identify inconsistencies and compliance gaps

Produce reports and summaries for Asset Management and Technical Assurance teams

Ensure all activities follow governance, assurance, and information security procedures

Provide flexible support across the wider contract team when required
What you bring:
Essential Skills & Experience
-
Experience working within Facilities Management, Property, or Asset Management environments
-
Knowledge of asset registers, PPM schedules, and compliance data
-
Experience using CAFM or CMMS systems
-
Strong administrative and coordination skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and a quality focused mindset
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
-
Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and supply partners
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Planner
Desirable
-
Experience supporting compliance audits or technical assurance activities
-
Understanding of statutory compliance within FM/property services, including SFG20
-
Experience tracking remedial actions and action plans
-
Knowledge of asset change control processes
