Astoriom is a global provider of stability storage, biorepository, sample management and laboratory support services, working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life sciences organisations around the world.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially-minded Sales Operations Analyst to join our team.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, building reports and providing meaningful commercial insight that helps drive business decisions. If you enjoy turning data into information and information into action, we'd love to hear from you.
Please note: this role is heavily focused on data analysis, CRM management, reporting and Power BI. It is not a traditional sales administration position.
What you'll be doing
Working closely with our Head of Sales, Business Development Managers and Marketing team, you'll become the commercial reporting expert within the business.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing meaningful sales dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Producing commercial reporting and management information (MI)
- Monitoring sales performance, KPIs and pipeline activity
- Maintaining and improving CRM data quality
- Analysing revenue, conversion rates and commercial trends
- Supporting forecasting and business planning
- Preparing quotations and supporting commercial documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes through automation and reporting
You'll play a key role in helping the Commercial Team make better, data-driven decisions.
About you
You'll enjoy working with numbers just as much as people and be naturally curious about what commercial data is telling you.
We're particularly interested in people with experience of:
- Power BI (or similar reporting tools)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Sales reporting and commercial analysis
- KPI reporting and dashboard creation
- Data analysis and identifying trends
- Process improvement and automation
Experience supporting a sales or commercial function would be highly advantageous.
Previous experience within life sciences, pharmaceuticals or scientific services would be beneficial but is not essential.

Please note
Whilst this role includes some sales support activities such as quotation preparation and commercial administration, the primary focus is on commercial reporting, sales operations and business intelligence.
