The Role
We're looking for an experienced plasterer to work across a variety of residential renovation and refurbishment projects.
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering work as part of our kitchen installation and home improvement projects, ensuring every surface is prepared and finished to the highest standard.
Travel to customer properties across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas will be required.
Responsibilities
- Skimming walls and ceilings
- Re-skimming existing plasterwork
- Patch repairs and making good
- Dry lining and plasterboarding
- Boarding ceilings and walls
- Preparing surfaces ready for decorating
- Working alongside kitchen fitters and other trades
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Delivering excellent customer service at every property
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' plastering experience
- Excellent skimming skills
- Experience with plasterboarding and dry lining
- Ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own van
- Own tools
- Public Liability Insurance
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable Skills
Although not essential, experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Kitchen renovations
- Property refurbishments
- Coving installation
- General building experience
- Working within occupied residential properties
