Daisy Vending is looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Technical Service Manager to join our growing team. This is an office-based role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our field service engineers are efficiently scheduled and supported, helping us deliver an excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule service and maintenance visits for our field engineers.
- Coordinate engineers' daily workloads to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
- Monitor and manage service requests, ensuring customer issues are dealt with promptly.
- Maintain accurate service records and job schedules.
- Keep track of spare parts and stock levels.
- Order replacement stock and ensure essential parts are always available.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and engineers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks where required.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and by email.
- The ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in scheduling engineers, service coordination, or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
