About the Role
As a care coordinator apprentice, you will work closely with our care management team to support the smooth running of our care services. You will learn how to coordinate care visits, support our care workers, communicate with families, and help ensure our clients receive safe, reliable, and person-centred care.
You will receive full training, guidance from experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to progress into a care coordinator role.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting the planning and coordination of care visits across Bromley.
- Communicating with clients, families, care workers, and healthcare professionals.
- Assisting with staff rotas and scheduling.
- Updating care records and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Responding professionally to telephone and email enquiries.
- Supporting quality checks and compliance processes.
- Learning about safeguarding, confidentiality, and CQC standards.
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients and their families.
