Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing assistance and recommendations as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Manage time effectively to meet the demands of the service while maintaining quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
