Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Student Accommodation Cleaner for End of Tenancy Cleaning in Coventry. This role involves ensuring student accommodation units are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new occupants, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. The job will be in Coventry ,acomodation and trasport will be offered .
Project starts on 24th August till 4th September.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of student accommodation units at the end of tenancy, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal areas
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies to achieve spotless results efficiently
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, appliances, and fixtures meet cleanliness standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in every task
- Complete cleaning checklists to ensure all areas are thoroughly serviced before handover
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to different cleaning environments quickly
