Motivated & Reliable? Join Our Kitchen Brigade as a Kitchen Porter!
Are you looking for your first step into a professional kitchen?
Or perhaps you are a seasoned pro looking for a new opportunity where you feel valued and appreciated.
If so why not speak to us about becoming a Kitchen Porter in the new launch of Bromley’s oldest Hospitality destination ‘The Royal Bell.’
Originally built in 1666 and redesigned in 1898, The Royal Bell is re imagined as a five-storey leisure destination complete with;
pizza joint and café run in partnership with chef Aldo Zilli
Royal Hall grand ballroom
expansive garden and members terrace,
event spaces and 14 hotel rooms.
Defined by connection it’s a place for our members to work, unwind, celebrate, and belong.
Where productivity meets party, ideas meet action, and connections aren’t incidental, they’re inevitable.
Food and Beverage are essential to create this, not many great ventures start with a glass of water and a biscuit.
As a Kitchen Porter in our brand new kitchen you may be operating in the restaurant, preparing events or delivering exceptional experiences to the members, but the Kitchen is always the heart of our operation.
A Kitchen Porter does more than pot washing (although that is an essential duty.)
You will be motivated and reliable, supporting your chefs, keeping the kitchen running smoothly, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
This role can be full time or part time depending on your preference so if you love to be busy, love to learn, thrive in a team and take pride in keeping things organised, we’d love to hear from you!

Managing waste & recycling – keeping workspaces clear and ensuring proper disposal of waste.

Bringing energy & enthusiasm – supporting a positive, team-focused work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
A motivated & reliable individual – able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
A hands on team player – who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment and comfortable with physical work and staying on your feet.
An organised & efficient operator – keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
A detail-oriented approach – always ensuring cleanliness and organisation.
A flexible & adaptable attitude – happy to work weekends and peak periods like school holidays.
No experience needed – just a great work ethic and willingness to learn!
