Step Into Teaching is partnering with a specialist SEN school in Amersham to recruit a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the September 2026 academic year.
You'll support pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties and communication needs, working alongside experienced teachers and therapists to help every child reach their potential.
Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant (SEN)
Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time | Monday-Friday | Term Time Only
Salary: £500-£530 per week

Candidate Requirements
- 2:2 degree or above.
- GCSE English and Maths Grade 4 (C) or above.
- Passion for supporting children with SEND.
- Patient, resilient and enthusiastic.
