Duties
- Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service for guests and visitors
- Lead and motivate staff members, providing guidance and support to uphold service standards
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring memorable experiences
- Oversee human resources functions such as scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with safety protocols and hotel policies
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and empathy to maintain high satisfaction levels
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
- Excellent guest service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Prior hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, overnight-stays and holidays as needed
