DeLuca's is looking for confident, outgoing personalities to join our team as VIP Booth Hosts.
This isn't a role where you'll be standing around waiting for people to come to you. You'll be on the floor creating a buzz, chatting with guests, selling VIP experiences and making sure every table has an unforgettable night.

Competitive hourly rate + uncapped commission. The more you sell, the more you earn.
Whether you've worked in bars, clubs, promotions, events or any customer-facing sales role, if you've got the confidence to approach people and build a great atmosphere, we want to hear from you.
Your role will include:
- Welcoming guests and delivering an exceptional VIP experience.
- Selling VIP booths, drinks packages and upgrades.
- Looking after your tables throughout the night and making sure every guest has an amazing experience.
- Building rapport with guests and encouraging repeat visits.
- Working with the management, bar and floor teams to keep the energy high.
- Maintaining the presentation and standards of the VIP areas.
- Helping create the atmosphere that makes DeLuca's one of Liverpool's best nights out.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in hospitality, nightlife, promotions or customer-facing sales.
- Is confident, approachable and loves meeting new people.
- Enjoys working towards targets and earning commission.
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Brings energy, personality and professionalism to every shift.
