Are you an organised, approachable, and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment where no two days are the same?
Leicester College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator to join our Engineering Department at our Abbey Park Campus. Based at one of our Engineering reception hubs, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff, employers and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming service whilst supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of one of the College's largest curriculum areas.

From welcoming visitors and responding to enquiries, to supporting curriculum staff with essential administrative processes, you will play an important role in helping our students and staff succeed.
This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing demands whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service. You will be confident using Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a busy team.
Although based at Abbey Park Campus, you may occasionally be required to work across other College campuses to support operational needs.
