Job Role: Multidrop Driver
Location: Bedford
Salary: £34,736 + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 47.5 hours per week.
Start time varies between 3:30am and 6:00am daily.

About you:
As a Multidrop Driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering materials on site, on time in a multi-drop pre-programmed time frame.
But beyond that, you will be acting as the face of the business to provide the class leading customer experience that Greenmill is renowned for. As a Driver, you will be an ambassador for our brand, interacting with customers and playing a key role in our incredible delivery service.
This is not just “another” delivery driver position – you are the final mile of our class leading customer journey. Completing between 6 and 15 deliveries per day, you will ensure every customer receives the very best experience.
You will be:
- Driving safely and following all laws and health & safety guidelines when handling goods.
- Providing excellent customer service by arriving on time and updating customers on delivery status.
- Following the planned route to ensure timed delivery compliance.
- Reporting any issues to the Transport Planner to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Collecting returns and unloading goods at the end of the day, making sure they are correctly labelled.
- Working as a team to ensure every delivery is completed On Time, and in full.
Skills and Experience:
- Customer Service: Exceptional communication skills and a friendly attitude with customers.
- Driving skills: Minimum 2 years’ experience driving LWB vans, with extensive knowledge of road safety.
- Competency: Must have good knowledge of UK geography and be prepared to deliver in London.
- Licensing: Valid UK License – maximum 6 points (No DD, IN or TT endorsements)
- Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting and delivering heavy goods.
