Hours: 42.5 hours per week (08:00 – 17:00)

Agricultural Engineer About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Agricultural Engineer to join our team based in Thirsk. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to work with modern agricultural machinery in a supportive and professional environment.
Experience working with Claas machinery would be highly desirable, although it is not essential.
Agricultural Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair a wide range of agricultural machinery
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs both in the workshop and on-site
- Perform routine servicing and pre-delivery inspections
- Complete job cards and maintain accurate service records
- Ensure all work is carried out to high standards of safety and quality
Agricultural Engineer Candidate Requirements
- NVQ in Land-Based Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience working as an Agricultural Engineer or similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with Claas machinery (advantageous but not essential)
