Salary: £15–£17 per hour + Overtime & Bonus

The Role
Are you an experienced Horticultural Engineer looking to work with specialist machinery?
You’ll be responsible for the diagnosis, servicing and repair of professional horticultural equipment, including ride-on mowers, compact tractors, turf-care machinery and modern robotic mowing systems.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Service and maintain professional horticultural machinery.
- Work on electric, hybrid and autonomous equipment.
- Carry out mobile repairs at customer sites and workshop-based repairs.
- Provide technical support to landscapers, grounds teams and estate managers.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in horticultural, groundcare, agricultural or plant engineering.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Comfortable using diagnostic equipment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A genuine interest in specialist horticultural machinery.
