Chairman Hire are a leading supplier of chairs, tables, dance floors, staging and associated event equipment for weddings and special events nationwide. We hire to all the leading venues locally and elsewhere in the UK.
We have several vacancies for smart hard working people to join our team of Delivery Drivers/Warehouse Operatives. Tasks will include vehicle checks, preparing stock , loading, delivering, setting out chairs and other equipment and collecting from private houses, hotels and venues.
This is not a multi-drop job but rather large van loads (3.5t) to a few destinations.
These roles are part time fixed term contracts. The hours are flexible and can include weekend working. Sunday work is paid at premium rates.
The ideal applicant should be prepared for a physical role including Manual Handling. Full training will be given and van driving experience is essential.
