We’re Hiring – Head Chef
Salary: £15.50–£18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We’re looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead one of our kitchens and help deliver outstanding fresh food.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and inspiring the kitchen team.
- Designing and developing your own menus and seasonal specials.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Managing stock, ordering, GP, and kitchen budgets.
- Ensuring excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Working alongside other highly skilled chefs across our venues to share ideas and create exciting new dishes.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef ready to step up.
- A passion for fresh, quality food.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Creativity and the confidence to develop your own menus.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen.
