Showroom Manager

Salary: £25,500–£33,000 per year, depending on experience

We are looking for a friendly, organised and confident Showroom Manager to join our team at Dream Doors Swansea.
This is a varied customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys dealing with people, keeping things organised and helping to turn enquiries into appointments and sales.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the showroom and will often be the first point of contact for customers, whether they visit the showroom, telephone us or make an online enquiry.
Main responsibilities
* Welcoming and assisting customers who visit the showroom
* Answering incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries
* Following up and chasing new leads
* Booking customer appointments
* Keeping in contact with prospective customers
* Receiving and checking deliveries
* Ordering products such as sinks, taps, worktops and appliances
* Liaising with suppliers
* Helping customers with product choices and general enquiries
* Keeping the showroom clean, organised and presentable
* Providing excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, confident and professional
* Comfortable speaking to customers face-to-face and over the telephone
* Organised and able to manage several tasks at once
* Proactive when following up enquiries and leads
* Reliable and able to take responsibility for the showroom
* Comfortable using email and basic computer systems
* Sales or customer service focused
Previous experience within kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, home improvements or a showroom environment would be an advantage, but it is not essential for the right person.
Experience in retail, sales, customer service or office administration would also be considered.
Working hours
Tuesday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Sunday and Monday off

£25,500–£33,000 per year, depending on experience.

Dream Doors Swansea specialises in kitchen makeovers, helping customers transform their kitchens by replacing doors, worktops, appliances and other kitchen components without necessarily replacing the entire kitchen.
We are looking for someone who can become an important part of the team and take ownership of the showroom, customer enquiries and lead follow-up.
