Lushington Motors is looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Front of House / Customer Service Advisor to become the face of our busy workshop.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers on arrival and providing a warm, professional welcome.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs.
- Answering telephone calls and assisting customers with enquiries.
- Responding to emails and online enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ordering vehicle parts and liaising with suppliers.
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.
- Managing appointments and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Supporting the workshop team with day-to-day administration.
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Good computer skills, including email and office software.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or motor trade role is desirable but not essential.
