What You’ll Be Doing
- Create exceptional experiences – Welcome customers, build connections, and make every visit memorable
- Style & advise – Help customers discover jewellery they love and build stacks that reflect their personal style
- Pierce with care – Deliver safe, professional piercing services once fully trained (training provided)
- Drive performance – Support store sales targets and contribute to team success
- Maintain standards – Keep the store and piercing studio clean, safe, and visually inspiring
Piercing Training & Requirement
Piercing services form a core part of this role for employees contracted to work more than 5 hours per week.
Where applicable, you’ll receive fully paid training and accreditation to become a certified Jewells piercer. Once trained, piercing services form part of your role responsibilities.

- Passion for jewellery, fashion, and styling
- Strong communication and people skills
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Retail or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential
