We’re Spicer+Cole, an independent group of cafés in the heart of Bristol, and we’re looking for a full-time Barista to join our team in our Clifton Village café.

We believe great coffee and food deserve to be enjoyed in beautiful spaces. Our cafés are warm, light-filled, and set in some of Bristol’s loveliest locations, this one being in leafy Clifton Village.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering friendly, confident, 5-star customer service
- Making and serving high-quality specialty coffee
- Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
- Serving food, using the till and helping us keep the cafe clean & standards high
What we’re looking for:
- Solid barista experience in a quality, busy coffee environment
- A genuine passion for coffee, food, and great service
- A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and great people skills
- Someone who enjoys working at pace and staying calm when it’s busy
