Bid Manager – Façade & Building Envelope (Remote UK)
We're working with a specialist façade contractor looking to appoint a Bid Manager to lead the preparation and delivery of high-value façade tenders across the UK.
This opportunity would suit either:
- An established Bid Manager looking for a new challenge, or
- A Senior Estimator / Estimator with a strong façade background who is ready to take the next step into bid leadership.
You'll work closely with estimating, design and commercial teams to coordinate tender submissions, develop winning bid strategies, manage technical reviews, and deliver competitive, high-quality proposals.
We're looking for:
- Strong experience estimating façade, curtain wall, glazing, cladding or building envelope projects.
- Experience preparing or coordinating complex tender submissions.
- Commercial awareness and strong technical understanding.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ambition to progress into, or continue developing within, a Bid Manager position.
