At Soltyre, we keep businesses and drivers moving across Scotland and the North of England. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Retail Supervisor to join our team in Bellshill.
What you’ll be doing:
- Management and supervision of the yard
- Delegate tasks to staff when required
- Assist in staff training and development, manage resources effectively, and keep good working relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Fitting and repairing tyres on cars, vans, HGVs, and agricultural vehicles.
- Attending roadside callouts and supporting customers on-site.
- Delivering a safe, professional, and friendly service every time
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in tyre fitting.
- Full UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
- A can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work on-call rota (overtime available).
