An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a full time Business Support Administrator to provide administrative support to the Environment Directorate. The role is office based at County Hall, Northallerton and will involve manning a reception desk.
We require highly motivated administrator with excellent communication and customer care skills. You will undertake a range of duties including, but not limited to, general administration, data entry, collating and filing information, raising purchase orders and processing invoices, answering telephone calls, reception duties, postal duties and dealing with bespoke databases.
You will benefit from a supportive management structure, on-going personal development, and performance management. Training will be given to the appointed person.
