We're growing our Military Noise Induced Hearing Loss team and are looking for experienced litigators who already understand this specialist area.
Whether you're a Solicitor or an experienced Fee Earner, what matters most to us is your experience of Military NIHL claims and your ability to manage litigation confidently and deliver excellent outcomes for clients.
At Clear Law, we are heavily invested in this area and work directly with Keoghs, acting for the Ministry of Defence, to help facilitate a more efficient process for resolving claims. That enables us to progress cases effectively while maximising compensation for our clients.
We believe we're among the market leaders in this field, and our ambitions don't stop there. Following the Abbott judgment and with a substantial existing caseload, we're continuing to grow our specialist Military team and are looking for talented litigators who want to help shape its future.
What you'll bring:
- Experience managing Military NIHL claims (or closely related Industrial Disease work)
- Strong litigation and case management skills
- A client-focused approach and excellent judgement
- A collaborative attitude and desire to contribute to a growing specialist team
